Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. This will:

  1. Permanently delete all your study sets and questions
  2. Remove all progress and performance data
  3. Delete your user profile
  4. Remove all uploaded images and voice recordings
  5. Sign you out from all devices

This action is irreversible and your data cannot be recovered.

Data Retention

  • Active account data is retained as long as your account exists
  • Deleted account data is permanently removed within 30 days
  • Crash logs and analytics are retained for up to 90 days

Children's Privacy

Quloq is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, we may send:

  • Daily study reminders at your chosen time
