Welcome to Quloq
By using Quloq, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Your Content
You own everything you create in Quloq - your study sets, questions, images, and voice recordings. We store your content solely to provide the service to you, but we don't claim any ownership over it.
Acceptable Use
Please use Quloq responsibly. You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Infringe on others' intellectual property or privacy
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the app
- Use the app to spam or harass others
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Account Security
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. If you notice any unauthorized access, please contact us immediately at support@quloq.com.
Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage subscriptions in your device's Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.
App Availability
Quloq is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quloq and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or use, arising from your use of the app.
Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quloq and its creator from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app, your content, or your violation of these terms.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ends immediately, and we may delete your content.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in the United States.
